Talent on View was established in 2008 by business partners Lisa Scales and Alexis Twigg who wanted to bring the use of video to a wider audience within the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. Advances in video streaming mean that online video is more accessible than before and companies are starting to see the real benefits to this type of media.

Talent on View was created to enhance traditional recruitment methods and add that extra dimension by enabling a video to be sent to clients and internal hiring managers.

Talent on View is not a 'run of the mill' Video CV/Resume product - it allows you to be flexible in how you present your candidates to your clients be it in the form of a recorded interview or a short clip of the candidate summarising their motivations.

Lisa Scales

Lisa Scales has over 15 years experience working within the recruitment industry. She has held senior management roles with two of the largest recruitment companies in the world - Kelly Services Inc and Select Appointments plc (part of Vedior plc). Lisa has also gained experience working in HR for a law firm in the city and also recruiting senior HR professionals for an executive search and selection firm. From her recruitment experience and in house human resources experience Lisa has an excellent insight to what Talent on View could achieve for the recruiter and clients.




Alexis Twigg

Alexis used his university degree in design to mark out his chosen career and predominantly has worked as an Account Director for a Marketing and Advertising agency in the North of England. Amongst his clients was a number of recruitment firms all of which were looking at methods of giving their clients an enhanced service offering. Alexis has an excellent understanding of what a recruiter needs in terms of value added services and keeping ahead of the competition with innovation and technology.
